Shipping Domestic

We ship our products using Posti. You will receive your items within 1-3 days (inside Finland).

Shipping International

We ship internationally and delivery time is 2–4 business days inside EU, rest of world 3–9 business days. Your will receive a tracking number for your parcel.

Returns, cancellation and exchange

Returns: Artebia Design offers a 14 day return policy on all items (except custom work). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us by shipping it back or by bringing it to our store in Helsinki. The item must be unbroken, unused and price tag must be still on the product. When returning your item by shipping it, any postal charges and shipping costs are payed by the customer. If we can’t resell the returned product, we can’t refund. Please include a tracking number for your return.

Cancellation: You can cancel your order without any costs, if we have not yet send it off. We usually ship out orders in 24 hours. If you change your mind once we’ve already sent off your parcel and it’s on its way to you - in this case you will have to ship it back yourself and shipping costs should be taken care of by the customer. Note that we do not refund shipping costs.

Exchage: If you want to exchange your product, please contact us and we will help you with that.
